I’m Advocate Rohan Kumar Mittal, Partner and Co-Founder of Kanoonsetu, a full-service, multi-disciplinary law firm. Since the inception of the firm, my focus has been on providing strategic, practical, and client-oriented legal solutions across various areas of law.
With years of experience in civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate, banking and finance, and family matters, I have had the privilege of representing a wide range of clients — from individuals to corporates and institutions — before various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities across India.

I’m Advocate Preetika Samant, Partner and Co-Founder of Kanoonsetu. Since co-founding the firm, my mission has been to offer accessible, client-centric, and solutions-driven legal services that reflect both depth and dedication.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work extensively across key practice areas including family law, criminal law, POSCO matters, women and child rights, civil disputes, and consumer protection. My approach is rooted in empathy, precision, and a strong sense of justice — especially when it comes to sensitive and high-impact cases that require both legal acumen and personal sensitivity.
